I will have to say that one of the more difficult tasks in the working world is coming up with new ideas.  Every time I turn around there is a new problem to solve.  What is even more challenging is fixing things that aren't broken.  Hmm well tomorrow is another day and I know that I should only live one day at a time because each days provides it unique experiences.
